Service suspensions or failures

    1. 1. When service has been suspended for three (3) or more consecutive days, or the total accumulated time of service suspensions and/or failures exceeds 72 hours in one (1) month
    2. 2. Damages incurred due to service suspension or failure lasting four (4) hours or more
  • - With prior notice

    Service suspension or failure is notified in advance but the time of service suspension or failure exceeds 10 hours

  1. 1. Termination of agreement and refund of usage fees for the remaining period
  2. 2. Free of charge extension on services affected by the service suspension or failure. The length of extension is calculated as three (3) times the number of hours affected, or the length of time exceeded
The length of service suspension or failure time is measured from the point when the user notifies Cafe24 or the vendor of the issue, except for any time that unavoidable or caused by user negligence. Prior notice is defined as 24 hours prior to service suspension or failure
